METHOD 1: FIND THE SIZE USING THE RING YOU OWN
- Get a ring you already own and a ruler
- Measure the diameter of your ring, being careful not to take into account the edges (see photo)
- Check out the measurements in this manual and find what works best for you!

METHOD 2: FIND YOUR SIZE WITHOUT USING A RING
Take a tape measure, pencil and thread or a strip of paper of at least 10 cm
Wrap a thread or strip of paper around the finger on which you will wear the ring (as shown in the picture) and mark the two points where they connect
Place a thread or strip of paper on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length between the two points you marked. Then, use the table below to find your size.
